2021 Columbia Business Monthly's 50 Most Influential and Hall of Fame recognizes Richard Davis, Founder and Partner of Capitol Consultants
Columbia, S.C. - Columbia Business Monthly has named Richard Davis as one of the 50 most influential business leaders in the Midlands. The magazine makes its selection based on staff research and community nominations.
The publication noted that forty years after he founded Capitol Consultants, it is the largest government affairs and association management firm in South Carolina.
Davis began his political career as a congressional legislative assistant in Washington, D.C. He then became the executive vice president and lobbyist for a state trade association for 10 years before starting Capitol Consultants.
